Flat rate
$20 delivery on all orders
A flat $20 shipping fee applies to every order, regardless of size or location. No surprises at checkout.
Payment via PayID
All orders are paid by PayID bank transfer. Once you complete your order, we email you our PayID details together with your order total — pay directly from your banking app in seconds. Your bottles are reserved the moment you order and dispatched as soon as payment clears.
Packaging & handling
- All bottles are packed individually in protective foam or cardboard inserts
- Cases are double-boxed for transit to minimise movement and breakage
- Temperature-sensitive orders are flagged — please contact us for advice on hot-weather delivery
- Someone must be available to sign for and receive the order at the delivery address
